Shipping & Returns

BODIE Shipping Policies:

Online orders are fulfilled in-house by BODIE. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and will work our hardest to fulfill your order within 5 business days of purchase. Please note: the shipping timeframes you see at checkout are representative of transit time, and do not account for the time it takes us to pack orders.

We pack and ship orders in the order they are received. All of our shipping is through UPS and USPS. We currently only ship within the USA. 


We currently offer flat-rate shipping, as outlined below:

Purchase under 5lbs: $8

Purchase over 5lbs: $12

FREE SHIPPING for all orders $100 and over. 

BODIE Return Policies

We want you to love your BODIE items as much as we do! But if you’ve changed your mind on any home item, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order, for store credit or exchange only. Please note: all food items are final sale.


Before sending back your item please email info@shoppebodie.com to get your return approved. All items must be returned in original and unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are not accepted after 7 days of receipt of order placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders.

If a prepaid label is needed, please request one by emailing us at info@shoppebodie.com. The cost of postage will be deducted from the store credit total. Upon receipt of your package, BODIE will email you to confirm your store credit or exchange. 

Online orders may also be returned in person at our brick-and-mortar BODIE store  within 7 days of the date of delivered shipment during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your items for something new. 

If you receive any items that were damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials including the box/parcel, and forward photos to BODIE. We’ll get you squared away with a replacement as soon as possible.
